Player Ranking Forms

Player rankings for the Fall 2011 season can be completed on the Player Rankings Form. If you're not sure how to complete the form, you can read the Rankings Instruction Sheet.

Volunteers must be trained and certified

All coaches, assistant coaches and team parents must be registered as a volunteer with AYSO and be Safe Haven certified. Training for Safe Haven can be completed online at www.aysotraining.org. In order to complete the training, you must first complete a volunteer form and then get your AYSO ID number from our staff. Please contact Jim Tuff for your ID number (if you have completed and submitted a volunteer form with us) or for further information.
